Sakura Blossoms in Wahiawa Part 2 - December 22, 2020

Went cruising again up and down the streets in Wahiawa in search of the elusive Sakura Blossoms. The last time I found a few blossoms was on December 12, 2020. People said the Sakura trees bloomed early this year because of the warm weather, so the season was probably over.
BUT...Look what I found!!!
I took out my camera, turned it on and nothing happened!!! I forgot to put the battery in the camera, so I had to go all the way back home to Honolulu to get it. Going back home to retrieve the battery was well worth it.  Check out the following photographs, seems like I found the last three Sakura trees with blossoms good enough to photograph.

Enjoy the fruits (Sakura Blossoms) of my labor.

Found these other Sakura Trees in someone's property, so I asked the owner for permission to enter and take photographs.

In the same yard I found a Puakenikeni tree.

These are Puakenikeni buds with uplifted hands, happy to be photographed.

The Puakenikeni bears some fruit too, but I doubt it's edible.

Also found a large bush of Camelia (Tsubaki) being visited by bees.

Look a Baby Staghorn Fern among the Moss and Lichen.

I was very pleased and happy with the results of today's photo shoot. Hopefully I'll find more trees with Sakura Blossoms next year.
